How to make
Cook the spaghetti according to the manufacturer's instructions. Meanwhile, clean and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep pan on the stove over medium heat. When the butter melts, add the mushrooms.
Cook for about 10 minutes, by stirring occasionally. When the mushrooms are fried, season with salt and black pepper.
Strain the cooked spaghetti, by making sure not to throw away all the boiling water.
Pour the spaghetti over the mushrooms, add some of the water, pesto and parmesan.
Stir to flavor the spaghetti. Remove them from the heat and serve.
The spaghetti with mushrooms and pesto sauce are very tasty!
