"Quick and very healthy ramen with vegetables - serve with love and imagination"

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 3 packets of vegetable, instant
  • cauliflower - 2 handfuls broken into small balls
  • spinach - 1 handful of leaves
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • dill - 1/3 bunch, fresh
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • lemon juice - optional
  • water - 1.8 L

How to make

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 1.8 liters of water to a boil. In it, add the washed, cleaned and broken cauliflower, as well as the chopped dill and spinach.

After 5 minutes, add the noodles from each package with the spices and the spaghetti can be broken into 2 or 4.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 egg and add it to the ramen so that small egg pieces are obtained. Add a pinch of black pepper.

Serve them warm with lemon juice - optional. Great vegetable soup!
