How to make
For this ice cream sundae you will need a large crunchy biscuit about 20 centimeters in diameter.
These biscuits are sold specifically for ice cream sundae and ice cream desserts, I personally source them from Italy.
If you don't have suitable ones, use four smaller, rectangular ones that you can arrange close together on a plate.
On top of the biscuit (or smaller biscuits stacked closely together) put some of the raspberries, the peeled and cut into circles kiwi, two scoops of strawberry ice cream, three scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of them, make a tip on the ice cream sundae with whipped cream and garnish with whole strawberries and blueberries.
Finally, sprinkle with the coconut shavings and serve immediately.
Since the ice cream sundae is big, it's okay to share it (it's suitable for two).
The fruit ice cream sundae on a crunchy biscuit is ready.
