Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 large
  • processed cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling
  • flour - for rolling
  • blueberry jam - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 - 2 pinches

How to make

Divide the processed cheese into pieces that are about 15 grams each. You can also use cheese in triangles because they weigh exactly the same.

Heat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Shape the processed cheese into balls.

Beat the eggs with 1-2 pinches of salt. Put the flour in one bowl and the breadcrumbs in another. You can also add spices of your choice.

For these breaded cheeses, the breading should be thicker so that they don't become runny when frying.

Prepare a tray with baking paper.

Dip each cheese first in egg, then in flour, again in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Arrange them in the pan and drizzle them with a little olive oil.

Bake the cheeses until lightly browned.

Serve them with blueberry jam and enjoy.
