  • corn flour - 3 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • cornflakes - 4 tbsp.
  • olives with anchovies - 6 pcs.

How to make

Remove the foil from the cheese.

Put the olive in the middle. Cover it with processed cheese, by forming a ball and it should remain in the middle.

Roll it in cornflour and refrigerate it for half an hour.

In a bowl, beat the egg. Remove the cheese from the refrigerator.

Dip them in the egg, then roll them in the crushed cornflakes.

Fry them in heated oil on all sides, until a golden color is obtained.

Remove the breaded olives and place them into a plate with kitchen paper.
