Grate the carrots into long and thin strips with a special grater for this.
Sprinkle with coriander powder, black pepper, salt, sugar and a pressed clove of garlic.
Fry the finely chopped onion in the heated oil until it turns slightly brown.
Strain the onion oil over the grated carrots with a strainer and mix well. Add the vinegar and mix again.
Place the carrots in a container with a lid and place them in the refrigerator for about three hours.
You can add the prepared Korean-Style Carrots to various fresh salads or mix them with mayonnaise for direct consumption.
