How to make
Wash and dry the chanterelle mushrooms. If they are larger, you can cut them into two or three.
Fry them for 10-15 minutes until the water in them evaporates.
Add finely chopped parsley, salt and black pepper, as well as finely chopped garlic cloves.
Fry the mushrooms in butter for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve them on their own as an appetizer or salad, or as a side dish to various types of meat.
