  • cheddar - 3.5 oz (100 g) mature
  • white grapes - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • raspberries - 4 - 6 pcs.

How to make

Cut the Manchego cheese into triangles, cut the rest of the cheeses into pieces of your choice and arrange according to your imagination on a large platter, preferably flat and dark in color to make the cheeses stand out and make it look more beautiful.
