For this Turkish a la minute, the lamb liver is cut into very thin slices.
For easier slicing, the liver can be put in the freezer for half an hour.
The flours are mixed with salt and black pepper. Place them in a deep bowl and mix, until smooth.
Place some of the cut slices in the mixture and roll them nicely.
Shake them out of the flour mixture.
The breaded liver is fried in an oil bath, which is very well heated.
Once removed, the liver slices are placed onto kitchen paper to drain from the excess fat.
Tava Ciğeri is served with sliced onions and fresh salad.
