How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. In a pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. olive oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden.
Add the peppers, cut into strips and after a few minutes, the shiitake mushrooms that you have previously peeled and cut into slices.
Add the onion, cut into crescents and the ginger. Fry until the vegetables soften slightly.
Add teriyaki sauce and honey. Wait for the sauce to thicken and turn off the stove.
Serve the shiitake with chicken and teriyaki sauce on a suitable plate, by sprinkling with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
