How to make
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce (except the porcini mushrooms).
Add the chopped pork to it.
Roll them well and leave them to marinate for several hours.
Strain the meat from the marinade and fry it in heated fat.
When it is ready, pour the marinade over it and add the porcini mushrooms.
Leave it on the stove for another 5 minutes. Serve it with risotto or a side dish of your choice.
