"Spring green smoothie for more energy and freshness"

Ingredients

  • lettuce - 7 oz (200 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • green apples - 1 pc. large
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • water - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) or almond milk
  • ice - optional

How to make

The fresh lettuce leaves (200 g) are thoroughly washed and dried.

Cut them into large pieces and put them in a blender along with salt, chopped apple and olive oil (1 tbsp.).

If desired, honey is added to the healthy smoothie to taste and about 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of water and you can optionally add ice.
