  • spinach - 17.6 oz (500 g)
  • dock - 17.6 oz (500 g)

  • onions - 4 sprigs green
  • tomatoes - 1 cup
  • mint - 1 sprig
  • parsley - 1 sprig
  • oil - 6 tablespoons
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • broth - 2 cups

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces and boil and add salt. Then, in the oil, stew onion with all the other greens.

Add the red pepper and tomatoes. Stewing goes on for 20-30 minutes.
