"Homemade protein shake for weight loss as a substitute for breakfast, lunch or dinner."

Ingredients

  • milk - 1 4/5 cups (450 ml) skimmed (or oat milk)
  • oats - 2 tbsp.
  • cottage cheese - 1 tbsp. skimmed
  • almonds - 10 pcs. raw
  • spinach - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • strawberries - 2 pcs.
  • apples - 2 pcs. medium - sized
  • parsley - 1 stalk
  • celery - 4 leaves from a stalk
  • sweetener - to taste

How to make

Soak the almonds in water from the night before.

Peel the apples, clean them, cut them into pieces and put them in the jug of a blender.

Clean and wash the strawberries, peel the soaked almonds and put them also in the blender with all the other ingredients (skimmed milk, oats, cottage cheese, sweetener, well-washed and fresh parsley, spinach and celery).

Blend on high speed, until everything is perfectly blended (30-40 seconds).

Pour the homemade protein shake for weight loss into two tall glasses.

Serve the protein shake as a replacement for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
