How to make
Soak the almonds in water from the night before.
Peel the apples, clean them, cut them into pieces and put them in the jug of a blender.
Clean and wash the strawberries, peel the soaked almonds and put them also in the blender with all the other ingredients (skimmed milk, oats, cottage cheese, sweetener, well-washed and fresh parsley, spinach and celery).
Blend on high speed, until everything is perfectly blended (30-40 seconds).
Pour the homemade protein shake for weight loss into two tall glasses.
Serve the protein shake as a replacement for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
