Ingredients

  • liquid cream - 2 cups (500 ml) sweetened
  • raspberry jam - 5 oz (150 g)
  • caramelized peanuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • rose liqueur - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The chilled cream is whipped with a mixer.

Add the raspberry jam, the crushed nuts and the liqueur. Mix well and distribute in crème caramel cups. Leave them in the freezer or refrigerator to harden.

Immerse them in a bowl of warm water, gently run the knife along the sides and turn them over onto a plate.

Sprinkle with crushed candied peanuts and drizzle with a caramel topping.

The frozen dessert is ready.
