How to make
Put all the dry ingredients along with the flour in a bowl and pour warm water, then knead the dough with a food processor.
This dough should not be kneaded by hand.
This mixture is then covered with a towel and left to stand at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
It is best to make the focaccia dough in the evening, so that it can be left overnight.
When placing the dough in the baking pan, sprinkle the baking pan well with flour only and spread out the dough well.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
