"Aromatic oven-baked sausage, which requires the host to bring out their best homemade white wine"

Ingredients

  • sausage - 2 pcs. raw
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • spinach - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Put the sausage in a baking pan, sprinkle it with a little oil and bake.

Remove the sausages and in the same baking pan add the finely chopped onion and carrot. Place it back into the oven.

After they are lightly fried, add the mushrooms (cut into small pieces), spinach and rice.

Pour water (600 ml) and add spices according to taste. Place the sausages on top and place the baking pan back into the oven.

Leave the dish to brown and remain in fat.

Sprinkle the oven-baked rice with chopped parsley.
