How to make
Cut the butternut squash in two. Put pieces of butter in each. Chop the dried fruit and walnuts and divide them into two parts.
Put them in a baking pan, pour some water and cover with foil. Roast at 390°F (200°C) for about 1 hour.
Finally, remove the foil and finish roasting.
Drizzle the roasted butternut squash with honey and serve it with scoops of ice cream.
The stuffed butternut squash with dried fruit and ice cream is ready.
