How to make
The recipe is for 6 fluffy muffins - for this mold that I photographed.
Mix and stir all the ingredients for the batter.
Pour it into muffin molds and place pieces of pineapple on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until done.
When the muffins with fruit are done, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Enjoy these easy Muffins with Pineapple and Powdered Sugar!
