  • pinto beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • dry onion - 3 tbsp.
  • dry carrot - 2 tbsp.
  • fresh spearmint - leaves of 3 stalks
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 2 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 3 pinches
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. Pomace

How to make
