  • nettles - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • soup noodles - 1 handful
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • paprika
  • eggs - 1 pc. for the thickener

How to make

Boil the water. The cleaned, washed and chopped nettles are added. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add the noodles and the finely chopped potato.
