  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cooking cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • salt

How to make

Finely chop the onion and fry it in the heated butter.

As soon as it acquires a nice golden color, pour about 1500 ml of warm water into the pot. Add salt and wait for the liquid to boil.

Add the coarsely chopped potatoes and carrots. Once they boil briefly, add the broccoli florets. Boil the vegetable soup, until the products have completely softened.

Remove the pot from heat and liquidize the vegetables. Pour the cooking cream into the cream soup and mix well.
