How to make
Pour the water (200 ml) into a pot and put it on the stove over medium heat.
Cut the banana into circles, then put them in the water. Then add the brown sugar and vanilla.
Stir, until the sugar is dissolved.
Finally, add the corn flour and stir, until it thickens.
Once the semolina cream is ready, pour it into a suitable cup or bowl.
Leave it to cool thoroughly before serving.
PS: The ingredients are for making one bowl of this semolina dessert, if you want you can increase the amount of all the ingredients to make more servings of this corn semolina with banana.
