How to make
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and put it to boil in water.
During this time, take another small pot and pour 200 ml of water, put it on the stove on a medium heat, until it starts to boil.
When the water boils, put the corn semolina (2 tbsp.) and stir occasionally until it has thickened. Once the semolina is completely cooked, remove it from the heat, add the butter (1 tsp.) and stir again.
Pour the prepared semolina into a bowl and set it aside to cool.
During this time, strain the boiled pumpkin from the water and puree it using a food processor/blender.
Put the pumpkin puree on top of the corn flour.
Optionally, crumble a baby biscuit on top as an extra.
The corn semolina with pumpkin for babies is suitable for children over 6 months of age.
