How to make
Mix the oats, spelt, flaxseed flour and white flour. Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of water.
Add the sugar, salt and egg. Stir. Make a well in the dry mixture and pour the liquid.
Knead the dough /it is ready when it stops sticking, if necessary, add a little more flour/.
Cover the dough and let it rise. From the finished dough, make 7-8 baguettes. Dip the top in flour and make a cut lengthwise.
Arrange them in a non-stick baking pan and bake them in a moderately heated oven.
Spray the finished baguettes with drops of water and cover them with a clean towel to steam and soften.
The baguettes with spelt and oats are ready.
