How to make
Lightly toast the slices of bread in a non greased pan. Spread two of them with grated tomato mixed with half of a pressed clove of garlic, a pinch of salt and a little olive oil.
Add Soft Brie Cheese pieces, two slices of Jamon Iberico per slice, torn Iceberg leaves and more Brie cheese on top. The order of the products is not mandatory, you can change it.
Cover the cold sandwiches with the other two slices, lightly spread with olive oil only.
Serve the Cold Sandwiches with Jamon Iberico and Brie for a morning or afternoon snack or a light dinner.
