A vegetable spaghetti suggestion from me! I made them out of zucchini. I used a spiralizer.
It was very easy to make the spirals. Since I didn't want them to be raw, I baked them onto baking paper for ten minutes at 200°C.
I flavored them with a light dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, honey vinegar and a little tahini, on the tip of the spoon.
I added roasted peanuts and parmesan flakes as an extra. I decorated with lettuce leaves! A nice meal, salad, appetizer and why not a light dinner!
