How to make

In this rich tomato salad, 4 tomatoes, different in color, texture and taste, harmonize in a wonderful way. The remaining ingredients simply complement and further enrich, as well as provide the opportunity for even more different combinations.

Start by peeling the two types of fresh tomatoes - pink and buffalo heart. Cut them into relatively large, randomly shaped pieces. Add the chopped green and dried tomatoes, as well as the green leaves of spinach and arugula.

Add the diced gouda.

Make a dressing by mixing the olive oil with the vinegar, honey, spices, salt and crushed or finely chopped garlic.

Season the tomato salad with the aromatic dressing and distribute two individual portions in one salad bowl.

Put the thin slices of sausage on the side - ham or turkey fillet and why not a gorgeous jamon serrano or prosciutto. Add olives on top and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
