How to make
Boil the peas and potatoes in salted water and blend them. Add the parsley and dill and mix well with the mayonnaise, seasoned with 2-3 blended cloves of garlic.
Carve out the tomatoes and fill them with the mixture. If you like, on top you can arrange round slices of a hard-boiled egg, sprinkled with paprika and black pepper.
Cut 2 bunches of parsley in a large bowl and arrange the tomatoes on top.
