How to make
Warm the milk, but without boiling it, add the sugar and stir, until it dissolves completely. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vanilla.
With the mixture, fill the Creme Caramel cups, in which you need to have have caramelized a little sugar in advance. Fill them halfway and cover them with foil. Pour 3 cups (700 ml) of water into the bowl of the multicooker. I place the bowls in the steam basket.
Put them on the steam program for 20 minutes, but take them out after 12 minutes to get that smooth texture of Creme Caramel and no pores.
