Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • almonds - 1.8 oz (50 g) ground
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • mascarpone - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • confectionery cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • vanilla essence

How to make

Mix the flour, ground almonds and baking powder in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until a fluffy cream is obtained, then add the oil, milk and dry ingredients.

Mix everything well and distribute the mixture into paper molds, which are place in a mold for 12 muffins.

Bake in an oven heated to 320°F (160°C) for 15 minutes. Leave them to cool.

For the glaze, beat the mascarpone with the cream and add the vanilla essence. Beat the mixture, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Decorate the cooled muffins using a piping with a decorative tip.
