How to make
Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and crushed cornflakes.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of black pepper and in a third pour the flour.
Salt the fish and roll it first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the cornflakes with the breadcrumbs.
Fry the fish in heated oil, until it aquires a golden color.
Take it out and place it onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Serve it with a seasonal salad.
The breaded hake with cornflakes is ready.
