Ingredients

  • apples - 4 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • walnuts - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • warm water - 1 and 1/3 cups
  • flour - 3 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)

How to make

In a bowl, mix the water with the sugar and stir, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the oil, the flour, which has been pre-sifted and mixed with the baking powder. Mix.

Cut or break the nuts into larger pieces and add them to the dough.

Peel and grate the apples, mix them with the cinnamon and add them to the cake mix. Mix.

Grease a baking pan with a little oil and sprinkle it with flour evenly. Pour the mixture into it and level out the top.

Place the baking pan in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) and bake the vegan cake, until it's fully baked. Check it with a wooden toothpick.
