How to make
The persimmons should be well-ripened and soft.
They are cut in half and the core is removed with the help of a spoon.
Place the persimmon pieces in a blender. Add cocoa and almond milk to them, mix everything, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put the pudding in appropriate glasses and leave them in the refrigerator to cool and set for a few hours.
The Healthy Persimmon Pudding is ready.
