How to make
Start preparing it the night before, by soaking the chia seeds in the milk. Add the honey and stir, until it dissolves.
Add the cocoa and stir for a longer time, until the mixture absorbs the cocoa. Add the vanilla. The prepared mixture is left overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day the chia seeds will have swollen. Taste it and if necessary, sweeten it with honey (or stevia) and add more cocoa.
It is served in a tall glass. Alternates between raspberries, chocolate and chia and place the raspberries and roasted almonds on top.
