How to make

The potatoes are boiled until they're cooked, they are peeled and cut in half and each is cut into crescents.

Season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Mix and pour it into a rectangular baking pan.

Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the diced bacon and add pieces of processed cheese.

It is mixed with a wooden spatula for a short time, until it melts slightly and pour cooking cream and milk.

Add the milk in two parts, while stirring to monitor the thickness of the sauce.

If it is too thick, add a little more milk and season with salt and black pepper.

Pour this mixture over the potatoes, sprinkle grated yellow cheese on top.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes to melt the cheese.

Take it out to cool slightly, cut the casserole into squares and serve it. A juicy and very tasty lunch!
