"Easy and healthy biscuit cake, which is ready in minutes"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • biscuits - 4.2 oz (120 g) of your choice + more for decoration
  • biscuit - flavored protein - 1.8 oz (50 g) or another protein/flour of your choice
  • almond milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • stevia - by taste (or another sweetener of choice)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • blueberries - 1.1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Blend all the products in a blender, except the blueberries, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and distribute it in a baking pan onto baking paper.

Add the blueberries and sprinkle with the crushed biscuits.

Bake the biscuit cake in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C), until it's done.
