How to make
The salmon fillets are washed and cleaned with tweezers from the remaining bones.
Sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper and dry spices according to taste (parsley, basil, thyme) and coarsely ground chili (optional).
They are cut into portions and drizzled with the juice of half a lemon and olive oil.
The seasoned fish fillets are left to flavor for half an hour.
Cook them on a preheated moderate temperature and a greased griddle or in a grill pan for a few minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet and your preference.
Serve the griddle salmon with lemon slices and in the company of a fresh green salad. The drink is according to your taste!
