Dissolve the yeast in slightly warmed water along with a pinch of sugar.
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix.
Add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and knead a soft dough.
Shape the focaccia dough into a ball and cover it with a towel for 30 minutes.
Then grease the multicooker cooking vessel with a little olive oil and put the dough inside.
Spread it out with your hands, until it takes the shape of the vessel.
Make small indentations with your fingers and drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Slice a small head of red onion and arrange the pieces on top of the dough, by pressing them down slightly.
Sprinkle with some dried oregano and leave it to rise again.
After 10 minutes, switch the appliance to the BAKE program and set the timer to 20 minutes.
Once this time has passed, open the lid and by using two wooden spoons, turn the focaccia over to bake on the other side, this time for 15 minutes, again on the BAKE program.
Remove the focaccia from the appliance and cool it on a wire rack.
