Ingredients

  • chicken drumsticks - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • cabbage - 1 cabbage
  • carrots - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.

measures

How to make

Clean and wash the drumsticks well.

To cut the cabbage we can use a grater, or do it by hand.

Wash the carrots and tomatoes and grate them with a grater.

Finely chop the parsley as well.

Mix all the products well and put them in a pressure cooker.

Add the washed chicken drumsticks to the cabbage. Add the paprika and oil.

Mix by pouring 1 cup of water to the products, because the cabbage also releases juice.

When the dish boils, reduce the heat and leave it boil for about 20-25 minutes from the moment of boiling.

The chicken drumsticks with fresh cabbage in a pressure cooker are served warm and sprinkled with parsley.
