How to make
Clean the bonito, potatoes and carrots.
Grease the vegetables and season them. Transfer them into a tray.
Put the fish on top of the vegetables, pour the tomatoes over them. Put a sprig of rosemary in the fish.
Bake the fish at 390°F (200°C) for 60 minutes.
Serve the oven-baked bonito with a side dish of you choice.
