How to make
Beat the eggs and egg whites in a bowl. Add the salt, fish spice, carbonated water and flour.
We mix well, until the fish breading turns into a homogeneous thin paste.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Dip the fish fillets in the breading and drop them into the heated oil.
Fry the breaded fish on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
Take out the hake fillets and place them onto a plate and squeeze half a lemon on top.
Serve the easy breaded hake fillets with the other half of a lemon on the side.
