  • vinegar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • chicken broth
  • ginger
  • flour - 2 tbsp.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, 2 grated garlic cloves, honey and vinegar. Arrange the drumsticks on the bottom of the main cookware, the remaining garlic cloves and pour the marinade over them.

Place the steamer rack on top and place a suitable container.

Pour the previously washed rice into it.

Pour some of the chicken broth over the rice - it should cover the rice.

Turn on high pressure for 15 minutes. At the end of the program, release the pressure manually.

Remove the rice and and stewed chicken.

Shred the chicken with a fork. The Instant Pot Chicken Teriyaki is a very tasty and dietary dish :)
