Ingredients

  • king prawns - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • fresh parsley
  • lemons - 2 - 3 slices
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Clean the king prawns.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them.

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan.

Add the garlic and once it starts to release its aroma, add the prawns. Drizzle them with olive oil and white wine.

Cook, until the prawns change their colour.

Stir them so they can cook evenly.

At the end of cooking the king prawns in butter, add the lemon slices and finely chopped parsley.
