How to make
Wash the potatoes without peeling them. They are pierced with a metal skewer. They are salted and smeared well with oil.
They are placed in a baking pan lined with baking paper and baked at 340°F (170°C), until they soften.
After they have cooled, cut them in half and carve them out.
Place the carved out part in a bowl and add the softened butter, cream cheese and chopped bacon to it.
Mix the potato stuffing and season with black pepper.
The carved out potatoes are filled and sprinkled with grated yellow cheese on top.
The stuffed potatoes with smoked bacon and cream cheese are arranged in a baking pan and baked at 370°F (190°C), until the yellow cheese aquires an appetizing color.
