How to make
Peel the carrots and grate them. Heat the olive oil and fry the carrots over low heat.
Strain them from the fat and put them in a bowl.
Add the strained yogurt, chopped dill, crushed garlic and salt.
If desired, you can add crumbled white cheese.
Mix everything together and serve the carrot salad with toast.
The salad with fried carrots is very delicious.
