How to make
Clean and chop the leeks very finely.
Also chop the dried tomatoes and walnuts.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the leeks, tomatoes and walnuts.
Add olive oil (you can also use the one from the tomatoes), as much salt and black pepper as you like and the smoked paprika. Mix everything well.
Sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and garnish with sliced olives.
Serve this Delicious Christmas Spread with toasted slices of bread.
