How to make
Clean the fish from the entrails and scales. Wash it thoroughly under running water.
Season it with salt on all sides and leave it like that for about an hour.
Make the marinade in the following way: squeeze the lemon without the seeds into a bowl, add the olive oil, the peeled and pressed garlic cloves and the vegetable seasoning. Stir.
Rinse the bonito from the salt and marinate it generously.
Place the fish into a tray lined with baking paper and roast it in a preheated oven, until it aquires a golden color.
Serve the roasted bonito with garlic-lemon flavor with an appropriate side dish and a slice of lemon.
