How to make
In the jug of a powerful blender, add the following ingredients one after the other: half a jar of peas, without the juice / marinade, finely chopped mint leaves, 1 and 1/2 tsp. corn starch and lemon juice - optional.
Season with Himalayan salt and ground black pepper! Stir and add a few spoonfuls of the pea juice from the jar, until the desired consistency is obtained.
Grind / blend into a delicate consistency, which is thick enough - suitable for spreading!
Our healthy pea pate is ready to be served with a sprig of mint!
It is suitable for spreading on crackers, sandwiches, homemade bread and for dipping or savory homemade crackers in!
